2. One-Time Purchases (Courses & Dashboard Access)

Purchases that provide one-time or lifetime access to the Master.Restaurant course and dashboard are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Once access to the digital content and dashboard is granted, the product is considered delivered.


3. Subscriptions (Community Access)

Monthly subscriptions (e.g. community or Discord access) are billed on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.


4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

Any exception is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
